Superior clean room uniform is made from super conductive clean fabric.

The conductive yarn is manufactured in such a way that the carbon filament are sandwiched within the strand and not coated around it as with most ESD material.

Such design protects the carbon filaments during washings and normal usage with little deterioration to the conductivity.

This design also encourages corona discharge of static near and around the uniform. In order to further improve the anti-static characteristic, the polyester material has been chemically modified to give it additional anti-static properties. However, unlike some materials that are coated with anti-static agents or polymers ( which deteriorate after several washes) , chemically modified polyester are permanent and the ESD properties hardly change over time.
